sorry but i'm leaving all of that up to a professional if i was on a serious budget maybe but i have connections i understand ya tho

but for the remanufactured carb,

i cant find a good 750 for like 300-400$ anyone kno where

Theses tool cost about 100$us for all of them they work nice with a little of cutting oil & my black&decker firestorm 9.6v battery drill...

Need to elongate the pushrod holes on the heads. Especially if you plan to use 1.6 rockers.

To kept the push rod from tutching the heads hole when using 1.6 rocker (self align) you need to drill these hole to .500" or 1\2"
