Looking for more power....valvetrain..can I do any better?

I have these heads:
Material:
A356-T61 aluminum
Combustion Chamber Volume:
64cc CNC-profiled
Intake Port Volume:
195cc
Intake Port Dimensions:
1.28" x 2.09"
Intake Port Location:
Stock
Intake Valve Diameter:
2.02"
Intake Valve Angle:
23°
Intake Valve Seat:
Tungsten alloy
Intake Valve Length:
4.96"
Intake Valve Stem Diameter:
11/32"
Exhaust Port Volume:
72cc
Exhaust Port Dimensions:
1.35" x 1.5"
Exhaust Port Location:
Stock
Exhaust Valve Diameter:
1.60"
Exhaust Valve Angle:
23°
Exhaust Valve Seat:
Tungsten alloy
Exhaust Valve Length:
4.98"
Exhaust Valve Stem Diameter:
11/32"
Valve Guide Material:
Bronze alloy, intake
Bronze alloy, exhaust
Valve Guide Length:
2.0" intake, 2.25" exhaust
Valve Guide Clearance:
.0012" intake, .0016" exhaust
Valve Guide Spacing:
1.910"
Valve Seals:
Viton, .500" i.d. x .700" o.d. x 11/32" stem
Valve Seat Angles:
37° x 45° x 52°
Valve Spring Pocket Diameter:
1.615" for valve springs with spring cups
1.500" for two center valve springs using locators
Valve Spring Cups:
1.48" x 1.61" x .060"
Valve Spring I.D. Locators:
Used on two center valve springsfor bolt clearance
Valve Spring Retainers:
7° x 1.437"-1.50" o.d. chromemoly steel
Valve Stem Locks:
7° + .050" machined steel
Valve Springs, Option 2:
1.470" o.d. single with damper
120 lbs. @ 1.780" installed height
300 lbs. @ 1.280" open
360 lbs. per inch rate
.540" maximum valve lift
Guideplates:
For use with 5/16" pushrods
Rocker Arm Studs:
ARP 3/8"-24NF x 7/16"-14NC x 1.895"
Rocker Arm Type:
Stud mount roller rocker arms recommended
Weight:
22 lbs. each, bare

I am currently running the LT4 Hot Cam with Crane Gold Race 1.6rr. I want more power.

Now I was thinking I could use these Trickflow springs:
Valve Springs
1.460" o.d. double with damper
125 lbs. @ 1.780" installed height
376 lbs. @ 1.180" open
420 lbs. per inch rate
.600" maximum valve lift

To get my valve lift up to .600. These are a more expensive option on the heads I have from Trickflow.
I was also thinking about using this Trickflow cam #31402002:
Cam Style Hydraulic roller tappet
Basic Operating RPM Range 3,500-7,000 RPM
Intake Duration 050 inch Lift 246
Exhaust Duration 050 inch Lift 254
Advertised Intake Duration 308
Advertised Exhaust Duration 316
Intake Valve Lift with Factory Rocker Arm Ratio 0.558
Exhaust Valve Lift with Factory Rocker Arm Ratio 0.558
Lobe Separation (degrees) 112

Now with 1.5 ratio rockers the cam's lift is .558 on I/E. With 1.6 ration rockers I figured it would be .595 lift on I/E. Is this correct and will the springs be able to take that?

I am also goning to replace the timing chaig since I am there and I decided to use this one:
CompCams 3116 Hi-Tech Roller Race, Double Roller, Steel Sprockets, Chevy Small Block V-8/90 Degree V-6, Set

Now my question is...Now my question is will these parts work well together with the motor/setup in my sig? Are any of these parts not a good deal as far as quality? Is there something better from Comp, Crane, etc. as far as springs and such.

Also I am just figuring that I will just swap the spring out with the new ones using the same hardware on the heads. Do I need to reshim or can I just swap them in?
Thanks!!

or maybe that might be a bit to much cam....this one looks a bit better with 1.6 rocker.
Vendor Trick Flow Specialties
Product Line Trick Flow Track Heat Camshafts for Small Chevy
Cam Style Hydraulic roller tappet
Basic Operating RPM Range 2,800-6,300 RPM
Intake Duration 050 inch Lift 230
Exhaust Duration 050 inch Lift 234
Advertised Intake Duration 292
Advertised Exhaust Duration 296
Intake Valve Lift with Factory Rocker Arm Ratio 0.528
Exhaust Valve Lift with Factory Rocker Arm Ratio 0.539
Lobe Separation (degrees) 110
With 1.6rr it would be .563/575
I would really like a 112LSA tho so it would be a bit better at idle on the computer???
