knock sensor and roller rockers

I was wondering if the 1.6 roller rockers in the LT4 hot cam kit would make my knock sensor go off and retard my time so bad that the car would rev slowly and drive like a ...

They shouldn't. There's no lash, so I doubt it would be a problem. I run 1.6RR with a knock sensor.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Roller rockers ARE more noisy, in general. The LT-4 engine in the Camaro SS came from the factory with roller rockers and a knock sensor, but also a recalibrated (less sensitive) knock module to filter out the extra valvetrain noise.

Borrow a buddy's scan tool and take before-and-after readings. If it's got, say, 0-2* of retard now at WOT and 6-9* after, for instance, it's a good indication the knock sensor is picking up a bunch of false knock from the vlavetrain.
