Fan Clutch (Hayden vs Delco)

My OEM fan clutch is not keeping the engine cool. My OEM fan clutch has AH stamped on it which means my car has the heavy duty cooling system. I tried the Hayden replacement heavy duty clutch. It cooled the engine very well. But, the engine sounded like an airplace. So, I took it off and returned it. I'm contemplating buying the AC Delco replacement part (15-4308). I guessing it might now be so loud. Has anyone had a similar experience.
Thanks

LU5 still alive (Crossfire that is, twin throttle bodies, lots of fun)

I have a 99 blazer and an 83Z28. The Blazer has a HD ORIGINAL clucth fan and it is just as noisey as the after market one for the Z28.

We had numerous complaints about this when I was selling parts, that the Hayden unit was noisy. Sometimes a replacement fixes it, sometimes the fan itself is bent, sometimes its just the way it is. There were cases where the Delco unit was quieter, but it didnt look as heavy duty and probably wasnt. Hayden also supplied OE for many years to GM, so... could be the same road.

An electric will solve the problem however
