thinking of swapping a new 305... need some opinions
ok fellas heres the deal......
i can buy a new 305 that puts out
260 HP for $850 or i can try to
build up my stock 88 305 that puts out
170 HP right now.... should i make the engine swap??? help me out..... thanks

I would go for the new 305, I don't think you get a rebuild and 260 hp on your old motor.

I think that you should keep your old engine. I have a 305 ho tpi and i get a lot more than 260 hp from that one.
