I just installed a TRE 255lph fuel pump, and I never questioned the pressure. I also installed a holley bypass regulator part#12-803bp. I'm wondering if the regulator can handle the increased pressure. It's working fine so far, but I don't want a fire. Also would 50 psi line be enough for the input line on the regulator, or is that a fire hazard also? If I need stronger line should I get the stock one that threads on at one end. thanks

I wrote an email to TRE, hopefully they can help. I'm probably just going to buy the stock feed line.
Viprklr, I have a holley regulator, I checked the installation instructions and it listed two regulators for use with a performance pump, one didn't have a return. I hope the diaphragm can handle it, otherwise I wasted 60 dollars.

Can anyone help, I have searched over and over. I think that fuel injection line will be enough, from what I understand the pressure is determined by the regulator. I don't want to go waste money on the new GM line if I can get 5 dollars in line and use that. I'm also using fuel injection clamps, I don't want fires.
