Proper octane to use on a 305 TPI

My gas station has 93, 89 and 87 octane. Which gasoline should be used for a 90 Firebird Formula 305 TPI? I looked in the Pontiac manual but I didnt find the answer.

87 should do fine on a stock motor.

Oops, I stand corrected. Not sure where the "9" came from. 87 should be fine.
