For my 89 Firebird

Since I wiped out the cam in my car, im going balls out

Comp pro magnum 1.6 rockers

AFR Eliminator 195s

New headers and bigger Y Pipe soon.

The cam I am getting is one from Lloyd Elliot. The specs are 230/236 .565 .568 108 and it will sound like this:

This setup puts about 400rwhp and 385ish rwtq. It should keep me happy

Re: Collecting Parts v.Car Transformation.

Sounds about like what I want to do my Camaro next winter. This year I am concentrating on up-grading the 305 to a L-98 and replacing the automatic with a T-5 as well as up-grading some of the suspension. This is about all my pocketbook can take right now.

What brand of headers are those shown in the picture, they look nice. I am going to go ahead and add headers to mine when I drop in the 350. I haven't decided what brand to use yet but, I do want to get a quality set when I buy them.

Re: Collecting Parts v.Car Transformation.

the shinier ones are new Dyno Don headers. Search his name on TGO. The duller headers are SLP headers. The Dyno Don headers are very similar to the SLP, but better due to better plug clearance and use of ball and socket flange at the y pipe.
