Car: 1986 Chev Camaro Engine: 350 Transmission: Th350 Axle/Gears: 10 bolt 3.23 posi | Will my car idle? | Okay here goes , I have a 350 roller cam block aluminum 215cc pro comp heads, dart single plane intake and 750 holley dp . The cam I'm using is comp cam 300 magnum roller (12-705-8). The comp cam software camquest says it requires a 4400 - 5400 stall . I have one on it now thats supposed to be 3300-3700 but the car actually doesn't start moving until the rpm reach 4000rpm. the trans is a non-lockup th350 trans. I was wondering would the car be able to run with a 3000 stall converter and take off better. The will be a Sunday street car but mostly race. Oh rear gears are 3.23 posi. | | | |
