No fuel to injectors 91 TBI

I have been having some difficulty geting my 91 RS with TBI started. I replaced the fuel pump relay and now I can hear my fuel pump prime. I am not getting ANY fuel to come out of the injectors. The car will start when I pour gas in the Throtle body and will run for about 4 seconds. I have done the following so far:

1) Replaced fuel pump relay
2) Checked Fuel Pump Fuse ( next to battery on passenger side fender) fuse looked good.
3) I checked both the injector fuses in the fuse box under the steering wheel both looked good
4) VATS seems ok and SES light is turning off

The fuel pump does prime for about 2 seconds when key is turned and then stops as it should. So I don't think the piump is bad. I am trying to eliminate things in order begining with the least difficult.

What should I check or tr next?

Thanks

Re: No fuel to injectors 91 TBI

All fuses checked out at 0.01 Ohms. Checked both injectors both 1.5 ohms.
