Jump in the drivers seat. The fuel pump relay is located behind the plastic kick sheild panel by your left foot. The relay is black and has four male connectors in it. Two screws to remove it, then seperate the relay from the harness. May or may not have numbers like, 14093107 or similar on it but there will be no mistake about it being a relay. You can pop the top of it off and check the coil and points in it. If it's not working, the contact points may be shot.
