Hard to say without knowing the flow specs on the heads and the compression ratio, but assuming it's just an average build 350, would guess not over 350 hp at the crank. *shrug*

Re: How much hp?

The heads have been ported. He told me the compress would be eather 10:1 or 11:1 but was not sure. He said it will produce between 375hp and 400hp.

Big difference between 10:1 and 11:1. You should find out for sure. Are you running race gas?

It's always hard to tell unless it has been a really reputable guy doing the port job. I can go out in the garage with the dremel tool, hack some metal off my heads and they are 'ported'. But well? Probably not.

I'd just be happy if the motor runs strong. You can always opt to a set of aftermarket heads when the time and money is feasible.
