82 CROSS-FIRE

CAR IN STORAGE 5 YEARS GAS NOT REAL BAD BUT DRAINED GAS AND PUT NEW GAS FOR START? STILL HARD START, HAVE POUR GAS IN , WILL RUN IF YOU KEEP PUMPING PETAL, WILL NOT ILDLE OR RUN AT STEADY SPEED CAN ANYONE HELP?

Check spark plugs, they might be fouled, and it would be a good idea to change the oil ASAP

Any trouble codes from the ECM? Not too familiar with the cross fire motors but I know they're finicky. First off give it a complete tune up. If that doesn't help check for vacuum leaks. Then look at fuel pressure, timing, etc

Replace the fuel filter if you haven't already. Run some gas cleaner through the system. You very likely have gummed-up injectors.
