Well if you have missing fuses, make sure they are all in and replace the burnt ones. Make sure you test or replace the main fuses if any. Also you should try jumping the posts on the back of the starter. if the engine turns over, then your starter solenoid is bad. Also check to see if your ignition switch is making the proper contact to engage the starter.

I think the Crank Fuse is 3 amps. To activate the solenoid circuit the
Clutch Switch or Gear Selector Switch that needs to be on.

So it must be in PARK or Clutch depressed to start I believe.

If one of those switches is busted then no start.

Also the Starter Enable Relay must be on.

Your saying when you jump the starter and it turns over the solenoid is bad? Wouldn't this mean it is good?

Correct if you hotwire to the starter solenoid terminal , not the main post on the starter itself. If it will turn over when you jump the solenoid, it means battery / starter / solenoid are good. If it won't turn ;then could be starter /solenoid/ cables / connections or grounds faulty.

You are not getting power to the solenoid.Could be any one of the items mentioned above.
