Uh-oh, found some rust in my engine bay! bad or not?

Hey guys, I was poking around my car (91 T/A with 305 TPI) and found this:
I'm thinking that these are transmission coolant lines?

Water pump?

Some garden hose clamp:

To me any rust is bad, but I live in AZ where rust is minimal.

The metal lines are your fuel lines.

BTW it looks like that coolant fitting either has or had a leak.

Oh... wow I'm not sure why I thought they were tranny coolant lines. Haha. I think it had a leak since I don't see any coolant on the ground. Well during the winter i'll be doing a minor resto so I'll probably take care of those fuel lines.
