1.6 ROLLER TIP ROCKERS

Hey fellas, I was wondering if any of you have ANY experience with the "ebay" KMJ Performance Roller tip Rockers. Also do any of you guys know of ANY Rockers that I can get that are dependable on my daily driver. I have a 350/fully worked vortec heads/about 10:1 cr/280h cam/ 2400 stall. Im just looking into getting some roller tips or full rollers but I dont want to break the bank and I definitely dont want to break the engine.

I know you do not want to break the bank but I would highly suggest Harland Sharps. You can get them from Summit Racing for $217.99 and they have a lifetime warranty.

Re: 1.6 ROLLER TIP ROCKERS

Thanks, I'm sorry for not mentioning this but I need some Self Aligning Rockers. My cam is on .480 and with a 1.6 rocker it will be like .512. So I had been reading that with my lift not being .540 and up I dont need any full rollers and roller tips would be fine. This is the only thing that holding me back is the rockers. Oh and this throttle bracket that I need to get, but I will be getting that bracket ordered today.

I am a firm believer that FULL ROLLER is the ONLY way to go. Roller tips do very little to decrease friction in the valvetrain. Full Rollers have bearings at the point where the most friction is, the fulcrum.
