400 SBC balance plate??

I have a 406 but no manual trans flywheel, I could buy one or can I use the stock, original 305 flywheel from the car and a balance plate? I don't plan on racing the car but I do enjoy driving it. Will this ( http://shop.ebay.com/?_from=R40&_trk...All-Categories ) be okay to use? Anyone else use them without problems?

Thanks.

Re: 400 SBC balance plate??

The balance plates work flawlessly, just be sure to use a little blue loctite on your bolts.
