New Cylinder Heads Question

I picked up some ProComp alluminium heads and I've got a few questions before I make a mess of things.

1)What kind of sealant should I be usingon the head bolts? If I stroll into my local Part Source, will they be able to kick me in the right direction?

2)Do alluminium heads get torqued to the same # as stock heads? Or do I go by the type of head bolts I purchase. (I'm picking new ones up tomorrow morning) I looked all over the ProComp website and couldn't find anything, so I thought, who better to ask than you guys.

use some thread sealer or permatex on the threads and some oil or moly on the bottom of the head of the bolt. and torque the bolts to 70 ft lbs in increments, 20,55,70 ft lbs. Put some heat in the engine and check head torque again since aluminum expands more.
