| Re: Track bar(newbie help) 95% of the time they (the bolts) are seized to the metal sleeve in the bushing. Using a breaker bar (or cheater pipe) can help. But that usually spins the sleeve in the rubber. Hitting the bolt a few times with a hammer to break it free, then spin the bolt and it usually comes out. Generaly an impact wrench gets absorbed by the bushing...so it's usually not much help.
