Hi all Im having a issue. no codes but when i get to stop like the idle goes up to around 1k, if i tap the gas a couple of times, it goes back down. I didnt see any broken or cracked hoses. Any help would be great. thanks for lookin

first things first check and clean the IAC/TPS. Check out the technical faq link on this site for a how to, theres lots of info on common issues there.

Yes this is most likely a problem with your iac or tps. However, the first thing you need to do is take your air intake off and clean the throttle plates and throttle body REALLY well. These get extremly dirty on tpi motors due to the location of the egr valve. Clean your throttle first, see what that does, and then check your tps voltage and remove and clean your iac valve.
