high rpm oil leak from driverside v/c

im running the 7qt kickout pan, high volume o/p, standard pressure. 20w50 oil.
the problem is around 5500 up to 7000 rpm's oil is pissing out the baffle and v/c gasket all over the driverside header and smoking me out. ive heard of a restrictor you can install in the center plug on back of the block, to limit the oil to the top of the engine. was wanting input before i yank the trans out again, thinking of pulling the motor and putting a stocker pump in it, any input would be great.
and yes i tried new v/c gaskets.

Do you have a PCV valve connected to a good vacuum source on the other side?

make sure your valve covers are tight and everything of that nature, itd be a waste of time if you did a bunch of stuff only to realize your valve covers were loose or its a bad gasket

im just running breathers on both valve covers. the gaskets arent leaking, its filling the baffles up with oil, and spraying out on the headers/ valve cover. im prolly just gonna plumb them to a catch can and monitor the oil level.
