thought this might be useful, Here ya go. the blue means the code isn't aplicable to all models.

I'm getting an OBD1 code 11, with a CEL, on my 1995 Firebird Formula... Anyone have any ideas wth is going on with it??

12 is normal, you should always get 12.

Found out that OBD-1 has a legitimate code 11, for the Malfunction indicator lamp circuit.. somebody posted the details on my other thread here...
