Re: Broken bolt inside cam retainer hole!
Sure; a bolt extractor.
Drill it out CAREFULLY, starting with a small bit, like a 1/16", after grinding or filing it flat and center-punching it. Use one of the SQUARE type of extractors, NOT the reverse-spiral ones.
The dealer carries new ones, you'll probably have to buy a bag of like 10 though. Or maybe you can get one at the junkyard. No "regular" bolt will do because it has to have such a low-profile head, unless you can find a "button head" bolt.
