Seafoam - what vacuum line should I use?
Just about to use Seafoam for the first time and instructions state that it should be introduced directly into the engine through a vacuum line that serves all cylinders. For a Crossfire motor (LU5), does the vacuum line that connects to the MAP sensor serve all cylinders or is there another one that I need to use?

I would divide up the can, half would go into each tbi unit. Use the ports at the base, don't use the map sensor hose, the engine won't run without it.

If you're interested in cleaning injectors and cylinders you could put it in the gas. easy and worked great for me. Engine improved a huge amount after two or tankfuls.

Re: Seafoam - what vacuum line should I use?
Thanks for the good advice. I decided to introduce Seafoam into each TBI through the port at the lower right of each unit and also added it to the gas. Used vacuum tubing and a t-fitting so that the TBIs would be fed evenly. (see picture) Went to a remote area last night, and it worked as advertised. Drove the car to work today and it's a real nice improvement. Will continue to use in the gas for the next few fill-ups. Much appreciated.
