what water pump pulley do i need?

My IROC came with accesories but no engine, the alternator has a serpentine pulley but the steering pump has v belt so I'm gettin the crank pulley w/serp. and two v belt slots for the mixed belt setup. so what water pump pulley do i need? what engines had this pulley and also what engine had the serp/v crank pulley?

you need a "serpentine"/v-belt water pump pulley combo. i believe only 86' SBC's came with the serpentine/v-belt combo. you can get one from a camaro, firebird, caprice, etc.. in 85'only v-belt, and in 87' true serpentine setup. good luck

1985 had the same setup-tsb #85-126 belt failure-it lists the pulleys that you need but it requires #'s from the old ones-which aint happenin here-talk nice to the parts guy and he will tell you which of the 2 listed you need. i think the difference is whether its a v6 or v8. both c-shaft #'s are 14088682 or 14088683. water pump drive pulleys= 14088684 or 14088685. common alternator pulley #14095231 and 5 rib belt#14088983 affecting vin codes z, h, g. vin z = 4.3 later
