Air/Fuel ratio question... best ratio

Whats the best air/fuel ratio at WOT? Is there a way to check this value while driving at wide-open throttle. I know they sale air/fuel ratio gauges. Anyone have any insight to this. Thanks.

I am running a 13.1 a/f ratio @ 41/42 fuel pressure on my 350, if this helps. Results from a Dyno Run.

the only way to tell for sure what your best a/f is would be to use a dyno

cause some setups like to have a richer mixture while others need something a little bit lean

plugs

why dont u check the plugs it`s way cheaper than chasis dyno. For example make a run down the quarter mile ,then stop at the pits pull some sparkplugs.check the color ,dark =rich white=lean ,u want light brownish color(not too light not too dark).
