Car: 89' T/A, 00' Firehawk Engine: 406 Roller Transmission: TH700R4 w/2800 stall Axle/Gears: 3.23 Posi | you did a TBI to TPI swap? I would first recheck your wiring, the relay could be sticking, and also I have seen on GM's if the oil pressure sending unit is bad, if its full of oil or something, it will short out inside, and will back feed and make the fuel pump run all the time. I had this happen to a lumina at work one time, it drove us nuts trying to figure it out. hops this helps some.
