I was dropping my sis off today and passed by a nice looking late model fiero. I didnt pay to close attention but i did notice a nice dual exhaust system with some nice dual tips. Anyways guess who catches me at the light? THe fiero starts revving its engine at me and after saying hi to the girl i know in the passenger side i rev back, do a lil burnout to clean the tires, and take her up to around 1000 rpm for take-off. BAm, Light goes green, i baby it off the line but enough because as soon as i gunned it i spun out pretty damn bad, all these damn suspension mods i still gotta baby it for at least 2 seconds without spinnin the f out. ANyway we were pretty much neck an neck til about 55 when i started to pull away and pull away pretty hard, when i let off the gas i was around 90 and the fiero was a good 6-8 carlengths behind me. Im guessing i got a faster car than i thought or he let off the gas, hopefully its the former. Then i met him at the next stopsign, and the driver gave me props which was the devil horn sign and made a left in shame. Im going to talk to the girl and find out if he let up on the gas and then embarrass his *** again, hopefully with a better launch this time. Rack up anotha one for the f-body squad!! btw, what do those fieros run in the 1/4, i know some of the fast ones are at least in the 15's.

went to pick my sis up, guess who was there. Talked to the guy and he said that i had him beat so he let off of the gas, so i didnt beat him as bad as i wished but i beat him. His car is basically stock except for over 2000 dollars in interior mods, what a waste!!at least for me cuz performance comes before looks but to each his own. The cars a v6 gt automatic and thats pretty much it. ANotha kill for the f-bod squad!!

after doing some research it turn out that those fiero's do a 15.7 quarter mile on average.
the best 1/4 mile ever did in a stock fiero gt was 14.7 with the worst being a 17.0
both being 5sp trannies
