91gta vs my 90 formula

I have a 90 formula with a rebuilt 305 TBI 3.42 gears exhaust and new tires and my friend just bought a 91 gta with 305 tpi with 76k posi exhaust underdrive pulleys but it has ****ty tires with no tread and no experience with the car who would win

need more info. If both engines have the same gears, exhaust, and built completely stock, you might lose. Underdrive pulleys are only 5HP gain, dont worry about them. But, you have a newer engine and better tires which could make a huge difference. Plus a formula weighs less, no ground effects.
