five cars in a stock auto L03? Right. Integra's ain't all that fast, but you won't pull like that, especially at highway speeds. Unless you're modded.

If it was just an LS Integra I could see that. A GSR not as much. They didn't start making the GSR until '93 though, right before the body change.

I really don't see how you could not understand five cars. For one, the kid WAS trying. I know when I hear a motor stringing itself out. And he unfortunately did have a much older integra, this wasnt the dual headlight newer gen, this was most likely the last nineties run of the late 80's model. I don't even know if GSR's were available in this boxy year. A GSR would of torn me a new one. But he was Slow as ever. Not that I am fast, but yes, me and my friend are both modded.

The way I figure it, every person who ever dreams of a fast car, who isn't filthy rich, or like me, is paying for college, has to start with a deficit. I chose the best I could, because I was born and raised on american muscle and rumble, but not born and raised with a trust fund. Maybe I don't have a lot of muscle, but I still take my car out, and once and a while, slightly curve responsibility and enjoy the pure thrill of driving a man made american machine.

The last year of the second generation Integra (the boxy one with the square head lights) was 1993. They also introduced the GSR motor that year, but it was a 1.7 liter. The GSR from 1994-2001 (dual round head lights) was the 1.8 liter. I had a GSR and lost to a 305 Camaro from a slow roll. I'm not sure if the high way would have been a different story or not, but I guess I wouldn't have been surprised if it is.

I'm pretty sure up in the higher rpm band, unless your modded, the stock configuration of the 305 camaros really bogs you down.

I do think that most of the cheaper and free mods really help out up in the highway range of driving. Not that they add tons of power, but just free up the car decently.

Youd have to have some pretty serious mods to pull on that car at highway speeds. My family happens to have both a 90 Integra LS and my tbi. And i can tell you for a fact the Integra is way faster at highway speeds. Off the line my car has the advantage.

if the integra had subs in it the camaros could have pulled on it cause my buddy has a 97 LS integra an he put another buddy's subs in his car n u could tell a huge diffrence in his take off.

his integra has a full exhaust n cold air intake n runs high 15s/low 16s and he raped im meen all out raped a 92 firebird(no lie) its a 305 at, all stock, w/ them dang subs in it

so it all depends whats done or installed on the vehicles. in other words dont put subs in ur car w/ out mods cause it slows u down in the long run.

If I could, I'd delete my story. I forgot how in the car world you have a 1 in 2 chance of meeting someone who's entire mission in life is to prove you wrong. I definetly have no reason to fabricate kill stories on this site, it gives me no up in my ego.
