i ran high 15s when i went to the track last time, and it was very cold night(low-mid 40s)..my set up then was

open 2.73
open element
stock 305TBI
stock 700r4
a leaking catback and the cat that came on the car,lol
car weighed 3250 without me 3380 with me.

things ive done since then:3.23 LSD,eibach sportlines, kyb shocks, and advanced timing to 8* and running on 93.

what think i will be running with these new things?

I will guess mid to low 15s. the gears probably helped a tenth or so and the timing another few tenths.

It probably will run mid to low 15's. With a full exhaust system you may be mid to high 14's

Yeah with some nitrous maybe

Anyway, don't expect any big gains...they rear will help a little as will the timing but what you gained with that you're probably going to lose with the springs...your traction is going to suck even worse now.
