That's a mid 90's Mitsubishi Eclipse for one... and the hood looks like a GSX, so i believe the turbo part.
and second, no.. a 2.8 is not fast.. That's not a rude comment either. I have a 2.8.

I think he might have been under the influence. He calls it a civic, and said he killed it.
Its OBVIOUSLY not a civic. And even if it was a civic he would have had his @ss handed to him. I know that for a fact.

you know me and my buddy were talking about this.
its probably like a 2.8L fiero, and when they raced his fiero sprouted wings and flew off into the sunset.
edit:
because we all know fiero's can fly XD

That's funny cause I just started a fiero project and they are quick little buggers. I guess I'll have to build it up and see what it can do against my third gen. I'm sorry to say this but the OP is either lying, or the driver let him win. GSX's go mid to high 14's all day. That is Iroc 350 territory. This thread doesn't seem right.

haha, bragging about being faster than a 98 Civic (even if it isn't a civic) is pretty lame. What are you taking on next, a Dodge Aries? Caravan? Smart Car? John Deere Lawnmower?

You under estimate the mighty civic.
Don't you think there is a reason all the r1cers choose it?
And this thread is about as useful as a poopy flavored lollipop...
