what 1\4 mile ets should I be at?

Here is my set up. 87 iroc w/ t5 tranny. Took out the lb9 and droped in a l98. Mods on the l98 are as follows: Fresh rebuild with bigger cam (459 lift 210 dur. @ .50 and 212 lobe seperation. Compression at 10.0-1. Tpi air foil. Free flow cat. Car has the g92 performance package with the borg-warner 9 bolt posi, 3.45 gears. And last but not least, a reprogramed chip. I'm hoping for high 13's.

If you can launch and shift it, 13's shouldn't be a problem at all.

13's should be very easy if it's running well. I hit 14.0 with stock internals, stock tune, and 2.77 gears.
