My HP and track time?

I have a 82 T/A with stock 305, and rear end. I have a shaker scoop cold air intake and a T5 just added. What do yall think my Hp or track time would be?? I know stock it has 145hp. How would I "added' up the HP?

Your probably at around 140hp based on the engine being tired, i'll give ya a mid 16sec. 1/4. Only based on the fact you can actually drive your 5 spd.
