'86 LB9 iroc-z vs. '08 300C

'86 iroc-z hardtop automatic 305tpi w/ 160k miles, it has exhaust and intake vs a '08 chrysler 300C hemi with 24k miles. the chrysler normally has four or five passengers when it is out crusing but he races everyone with all those people in there... wondering if the iroc-z has a chance at this one...

Who's Iroc is it? Weren't you going to buy an Iroc or something?

I think ou have a chance... I know the Crysler weighs ALOT stock.. and with 5 people that is a ALOT... You might have a chance. I know the Hemi does put out some good power... If you can get him off the line pretty good, you have a shot... Good luck outlaunching him though, he has a full car.

the iroc i am considering buying, the guy is asking a lot, $3,000... if i get him down to 2,200 or 2,300 it would be a deal. but my buddy loves to race our cars he has already raced both my rs and aarons rs. he only beat me pretty bad but aaron only lost by five or six cars because he spun. i know if i got this one there'd be a big race

this is the car:

the owner is on here somewhere... i saw the car and checked it out and he is a member but doesn't visit much.

the 300 in the vids is the one racing...

here's the 300 vs aaron in his rs:

300c vs bike lol...
that car launches good tho it has tc

What did you say Aaron ran in the 1/4... That iroc would probably be running low 15's high 14's depending on the intake.

Didn't you say Aaron ran a 15.1 or something? Better race would be you racing Aaron.

he ran a 15.17 @ 90. yeah it would be a good race!!!
i do have a question about thirdgens tho, why is it that they seem to wake up around 70ish when you are racing someone? at least the tbi is like that. aarons car was actually pulling on the 300c later in the race past 70?

I don't see you winning unfortunately. His only crutch is the weight/amount of people in the car.
