Gerrit, have you done any troubleshooting or just replaced parts?

I'll try and scan some stuff I have and send it to you tonight. It's just GM stuff for killing codes but it may be useful.

Buddy I have tried trouble shooting everything. replaced all parts, checked memcal to see if the info matched and it did. (But I am going out to buy a brand new PROM and see what it does) Checked all the grounds everything ohms back to the ecm. Swapped out distributors.. you name it I have done it.. Except for a BRAND new prom. I got one off ebay a long time ago and that did nothing aswell.. Swapped 3 Ecms and nothing..

Well now that you brough up the ESC.. if I get the car running I get the usual 4 codes. Then while its still running I dump the codes and get the ESC malfunction code. I have changed out the knock sensor aswell.. there are no knock counts at idle, BLMS are frozen computor won't go into closed loop.. black soot coming out of the tail pipe

how long does it get to operating temperature? You should check the O2 sensor again to see if its already covered with soot..Either replace or clean and take note to see if the code is exactly the same before. There should be a few knock counts on startup. The BLMs are frozen to what value?Did you change anything on the harness?.Did you disable/emulate the EGR on the PROM since (IIRC) you have a Miniram?I wonder if your IAT is either not working or you switched its connector with the EGR..lol I have done it lol

10mins to operating temp but it keeps climbing, no fans kick in. O2 sensor is covered in Soot again. BLMS are frozen at 128. EGR was disabled through the chip. Looked for the other connector for the EGR couldn't find it. The IAt is pluged into a tan and black wire. If that tells you anything. and the O2 sensor climbed steady up to 960mv
