Okay guys! Stinson fuels is having a car show at the Hazeldean Mall on July 30th which is a Sunday 10:00 a.m untill 4:00 p.m. We want to get a wack of FBodies to show up. Put that date on your calendars. Oh and yes Paul - you can bring the Buick!
Do you know how much it is to enter? I don't have much of a car for a show, but my friend would most likely be easily convinced to swing in. He has a 84 Z28 with a 92 body and interior and a 96 Corvette LT1.
Yes, yes. I know. But he bought it that way. He didn't sink all that pointless money in to it.

I think the admission is free. If it is not, it should not be more than 5 bucks.
Ya, What kind of idiot would put an LT1 in a 3rd gen?? ppfft!
No more takers on this show?
Where did everyone in Ottawa go?

I meant more along the lines of the body and interior. A whole lot of money got sunk in to making it look like a 92, when it would have been way cheaper to buy a 92, I would think.
Buddy must be busy at work lol! He's just laying low I imagine. I've been busy racing and traveled to Kawartha to race this weekend as well. Tuesday always seems to be prep night so I haven't seen a Kanata cruise yet.
We'll see what happens on the 30th, it would be cool to have a few cars out.
Well I really want to come, and being on a Sunday is much better than a Tues night, so I know I always say this, but you really should see me there this time if its a nice sunny day!! My rear end is toast, but I got my 18's on.
I am planning to go around noon as well. John Hunt is coming as well as a few others from the club. I am expecting around 10 of "our" cars to be there.
we got alittle bit of cruising video with my car and the diff letting go too..I havent seen the video yet.i think Chris is still working on some editing.

2 years of sitting on it,it's time to get back at it.
Hey guys I have an off topic question and wasn't sure where to post it.
I have an 89 GTA and i've been having an issue with the engine where when it gets to operating temp it sputters and backfires really bad under load or acceleration. I brought it to a few shops in Orleans just to be smacked with a huge bill and a "were pretty sure we fixed" even though it's still doing it.
I'd like to know if you guys have any contacts for good mechanics who know these cars and know what their doing. I'm at wits end so any suggestions are appreciated at this point.
thanks!
