I think I made 175hp and 275lbs tq. I was ready to quit. I thought I had a 5.0 and not a 5.7
The ignition module was fried, the timing was jumping all over the place the motor did niagara falls at 4500rpm, the injectors were screwing up and the lower intake was plugged at the EGR. Oh yeah my Jacobs coil had a crack in it and was shorting to the fender

What a freaking head ache. I was embarrassed.
Anyway I luv the IROC again.
I have been watching the loonie they say it will go to $1.10 next month. At that rate a set of AFRs (previously only attainable by the wealthy elite) are affordable and HUGE bang for the buck. May do a cam when I do AFRs.
BTW -- I swapped out the auto for a T5. I know its just seat-of-the-pants but the car drives completely different now. It has more power. There was nothing wrong with the auto but man the car has more snap with the stick.
