Parting out an 86 Firebird in ONTARIO, local pick up preferred on ALL parts, the car is located in Kennilworth ontario, which is just north or arthur and west of orangeville! its got a 2.8ltr V6, with a 5spd in it, engine and tranny are MINT, buyer of that will get the shell with it as well as well as whatever parts are left over.... Engine/tranny - $300 (certain drivetrain parts missing {pedals, shift knob, master/slave cylinders} i used the car for a 5spd swap) Center Console - $30 (no radio pod) T-Tops - $100 (w locks but drivers side doesnt work) Tail Lights - $50 (missing the center piece) Spoiler - $50 hood -$30?? bit of rust on it as well as holes where there was an idiotic scoop Seats - Drivers seat is shot and the passenger has a rip in it, comes with front seat covers - $50 OBO?? I'm asking $700 because of the new shifter and other goodies but most T5 swaps go for $500 so I figure this is a fair price. Price isn't firm but no low ballers or "tire kickers" if you get my drift. I am selling the original Black front seats from my 89 Camaro. No rips or tears and are in great condition.

1995 LT1 IRON 'vortec' heads.
These are reverse flow coolant heads, so will need some coolant passages plugged to drop on a gen 1 engine with an LT1 intake. Heads have about 80K on them and are in perfect shape. These things flow very good for stock heads. I ran a 13.6 at 106 with a small Buick Roadmaster cam on the IROC with 3.23 gears. Come complete with springs and rockers.

A/C delete inner guts (heater box and ducting, no dash) up for grabs. Heater box has some holes on the mounting flange...some POR-15 or epoxy would fix it fine. 91 GTA red hardtop 140,000km, no rust any where, interior is in good shape, i'd say 8/10 5.7L Auto, vortec heads, wieand intake Holley 3310 750VS, Crane ignition, hedman 1 5/8 shorties and y, edelbrock 3" exhaust. Comp 276HR cam. Boxed rlca with poly bushings and relocation brackets. 2800 9.5" converter.

It needs a bit of TLC, the paint on the roof and spoiler is peeling like many of the 91-92 cars. Could use new front brakes. Rear tires are good, fronts won't pass, but I do have front tires for it, just not mounted. The A/C has been pulled out. The driver side power window motor should be replaced.

I'd like this car gone asap. The car runs and drives fine aside from the issues stated above. I rarely drive it, and even though I have tried recently to get back into it, i've lost all intrest in it. I could probably get it certified/etested for the right buyer, might take a week or so to do. If no one is interested in the whole car, I will part it out if there is enough interest. Will let it go for $3000 as is, $3500 cert/etested, those prices are firm.

1987 GTA FOR SALE

Time for this to go. I was going to use it for interior parts, but I got a better parts car for that, and I don't have time to tear this down or space to put the parts. So, here's the details, email me for pictures.

The Car:

1987 GTA, t-tops, red exterior, black interior, digital dash with subwoofer option AND original tape deck and I do have the ownership. Car has around 200K and was a 350 auto car...motor and trans are gone, disc brake rear is still there.

Interior:

Fair to good, rear panel is grey, not black, carpet good, plastics decent to good, seat backs ok, seat covers fair, rear seats good except one. Dashpad is nice, digital dash has a faded/delaminated spot on the speedo, though this did not affect operation I am told. Console and shift plate are fair. Overhead console is good and I think its got the flashlight too. Door panels are pretty good.

Body is where the issues are. Fenders are fine, doors look good from the outside but have issues on the bottom, like most do. Quarters have some mud in them, not real bad, but its there. Floors have some issues, not the worst I've seen by far, but not great. All ground effects are there, front drivers has a crack. Nose is excellent, hood is very good, fog lights and tail lights are very good, comes with 5 GTA wheels, (one has a ding). It is NOT a WS6 car, only a Performance Suspension car...(same sway bars, just no wonder bar). Rear wing is junk like all.

EXTRAS: I have a VERY nice set of factory black seat covers to recover these seats, missing the headrests, but they aren't too bad anyway. I also have a spare digital dash with no issues to replace the existing one's speedo face or the whole dash. I also have the factory subwoofer boxes (they didn't come with the car, I got another set here on thirdgen)
