Hurst Shifter install

hey guys, i have a atomatic hurst v matic shifter that i need installed on my 89 formula, ive called mister transmission and for some stupid reason they wont do it, does anybody know somewhere or someone who can install it for me fairly quickly but correctly? my prom is coming up may 30th and i was hopeing to drive the bird there completley finished, this is one of the last things i need done. please guys ur help would be very much appreciated.

You can't do that one yourself?? I'd run through the yellow pages and just call until you find someone who will do it. I'm not familiar with Toronto, but there must be a peformance shop that installs stuff. I'd bet you that National 4x4 in Burlington would put it in for you. Good luck!

well its not so much that i cant do it, but i dont have the time to do it, and id rather have a shop thro it on in a couple of hours.

Try Straight Line Racing. They are located on Nantucket (Kennedy & Ellesmere) in Scarborough. Andy Rankin is the man to talk to. There are tons of people who will install them for you providing that they run a performance shop.
