Looking for a good working set of Used IROC, or WS6 shocks/springs... I have original (from the factory) springs and shocks for my 1987 firebird, and just looking for a bandaid solution for cheap. Just about any performance type spring will work. (Z28, TA, whatever). Ideally you are upgrading your suspension to aftermarket, and wouldnt mind making a few bucks rather than throw out your old stuff. Looking for shocks, struts, and springs. Thanks for the reply. Not exactly sure what im looking at.... There look to be 3 of them that are of 1 set, and one that is completeley different.

Why are they all different rates? (been modified, or?)

LOL The picture is of four of the five different sets of springs I have for sale.

I bought a 85 IROC road race car last year and all these came with it. The car still has cut stock springs in the front and the 150 lbs came out of the car a week ago when I installed weight jackers in the rear. I am prety sure the 640 lb springs are stock fronts.



150 lbs/11 free height/5 dia

175 lbs/11.5 free height/5.5 dia

100 lbs/14.5 free height/5 dia

640 lbs/13.5 free height/5.5 dia no pig tail

300 lbs/14.5 free height/4.5 dia

What was the ride height of the car? Id prefer it to be close to stock, but im interested in the 640 set, and whatever the rear rate set of IROC is.

Also, what is the significance of "no pigtail"? Will I be able to install these on my car without one?

i have a set from a 87 trans am WS6 with original 110 kilometers. pm me i am in the brampton area.

No significance regarding thirdgen fronts - that's what they're supposed to look like.

The flat end goes up into the car and the a-arm is grooved to accept the other end.

Fronts are properly indexed when the bottom end of the spring is between the two drain holes on the a-arm.
