I have this and can scan it if someone would be willing to host it. I'm not sure what to make of the results. I would have chosen a different cam but what the hell do I know.
i think that goes to show that the stealth ram can really put high hp numbers down......
i just wish they had afr heads and a comp cam....... so many of us buy afrs it'd be cool to see some dyno articles with more of them instead of others heads.....
Are you in the gafba?? if so give me an e-mail. badl98gta@hotmail.com even if your not e-mail me. Im from GA too. As a matter of fact I ahve some freinds coming to race at eatonton this thursday night want to join us? Depending on where you are in atlanta its like 1-2 hours away.. We are all in the gafba.
I'm not impressed AT ALL. 444 FLYWHEEL horsepower with a 391? Gimme a break. That equates to between 355 to 377 rear-wheel horsepower. LT1 guys have been making that with a stock 350 bottom end. I've seen several 400 REAR WHEEL horsepower LT1 cars running stock 350 bottom ends (that equates to close to 500 flywheel horsepower). With a 391 that thing should be well over 500 flywheel horsepower. I would have been impressed with 550 or more flywheel horsepower. Now - what I would like to see is the same engine with a bigger cam and better heads.

Yeah, I expect all these early Stealth dyno results to suck. I don't think those Holley Avenger heads are anything to write home about, and I think the cam was a mismatch, too. A lot of trial and error will be done finding the cam that is as perfect for the Stealth as the Lingenfelter 219 is for the SuperRam. Then to tune it balls on will take more trial and error after that.

Why exactly did they print that? those number could have been made with a carb/intake combo without the MASSIVE expense of the Holley Stealth Ram/ commander 950 controler package. Did they port match the intake? Why did they run a cam that small? I have to agree with Traxion, i can't be impressed with a motor that makes less than one HP per cube at the Rear wheels.
Maybe i am way off, but do the guys making these engine have any experience with engine building(I know that the HSR is new, but did the manufacturer do any testing, they should know what cam works by now) or do they just stick a part in from the maker with the highest advertising dollar? You don't see too many cars in the mags anymore unless they have a long list of parts that came from their Mags advertisers.
