lt4 hot cam vs CC 269hr-12

lt4 hot cam:

LT4 hot cam 218/228 .525"/.525" 112 ( with 1,6rr )

CC 269HR-12 218/224 .495 .503 ( with 1,5rr )112

How does this cam differ? Is the cc cam a more low rpm cam?
What will make more power on a LTR setup?

Thanks

A good friend of mine who goes by Box Of Rocks here helped me spec the CC 269 cam for my GTA. He found information somewhere, which I never saw personally, that the comp cam has more aggressive ramps than the hot cam. If the LT4 Hot cam lobes are welded like the LT4 production cam, it is no comparison to the workmanship of the comp cam, machined from billet, very high quality. Traxion ran the comp 269 in the earlier incarnation of his motor, he may be able to provide better data regarding a comparison of the two than I can if you ask him nicely.
