speed density

how do i convert my 85 ta 305 tpi to speed density want to run a ram air set up but they all say i must convert to speed density any ideas?

Who is they all say? What type of Ram air did you have in mind?
Either way is is most likely false info as people with mass air systems use superchargers without problems!

Speed density makes CA/RA systems
alot easier/flexible, but is not a requirement..

sounds to me like a waste of time to switch to SD just to run ram air.

the SD vs MAF thing has been beaten to death a hundred times
