2 weeks and the plug fouls
Okay, so every two weeks roughly, maybe sooner, but I check my rear passenger side plug about every couple of weeks and its got some oil on it and some nice black carbon all over it. If i let it go longer it would probably fill the gap with crap. The one right in front of it (second to last rear passenger) is startin to do the same thing. What broke? Its stock except for a 3in cat back 88 350 tuned port. Thanks!

will do. But could valve seals foul a plug so quick? I thot the valve seal would just drop a little oil in the cylinder and it would burn on start up and be gone, no? Thanks

On my 305 they had deteriorated to a point where some simply didn't exist except for a few crusties in the oil pan.
This gives full oil access to the guide and at a higher rpm while draining is slower its possible it could feed in that much oil to the cylinder through a warn guide.
The guide isn't so easy to replace but at least you can cover it up with a good valve seal
If you do end up replacing them, dont settle for anything less than a viton seal.
when it comes to seals they're pennies anyways, these things are just a couple more pennies and i've seen some that have even been ran through a hot tank and put right back on an engine, they're virtually indesctructable.
Hope this is your problem because its a cheap and easy(est) solution vs rings
Another possibility is PCV although this would usually effect more cylinders
