730 ECM and 2000 ppm cruise signal

I just completed my 165 to 730 swap and have speedo issues.
I have my VSS hooked to BB9 and BB10 and have a speed
reading in Datamaster and it's accurate. Now I need to feed
my speedometer with a 2000 ppm D/C signal.

Is the 2000 ppm cruise output at BC1 an A/C signal or D/C signal?

I have BC1 hooked to my speedometer input but nothing
happens. The speedo worked with the 2000ppm VSS so
I thought I could use BC1 to feed it but it don't work.

Anybody have any ideas?

I would think so. I guess my question is, should BC1 be able to drive the speedo as the old 2000 ppm VSS did?

I bought a Dakota Digital interface (if I remember it was about 65 bucks) that has outputs for a bunch of different requirments like TPI signal, cruise control, electric speedo, etc.
Let me know if this is what yer lookin' for and I'll get more info.

I got it handled. I just hooked the speedo to D12 and it works fine.
