.030 over =custom prom

Just wondering if you completely rebuild a tpi engine keeping it stock just boring 30 over would you still need to burn a chip for the added displacement???????????????

No it will not be required.

However prom tuning will in itself provide gains over the factory tune.

The added displacement is 5 cubic inches, or about 1%. There wouldn't be much of a difference.
