Intake coolant bypass

This wont mess with the sensor there on the intake will it?
(IE thinks car is still trying to warm up via that sensor).

Exactly. You can remove it... and it won't affect anything.

It won't lose power, it won't gain power, it won't throw a code.

In places like Las Vegas NV, where it gets so damn hot in the summer (115 F), the consensus is that the TB bypass will prevent the engine from losing as much power as it would with it... because it is really really hot. In a temperate climate tho, I can't see it doing anything beneficial or detrimental.
