runs rough,rich and wants to stall

my TPI is running rich it smells of raw gas and will die soon after warm-up, but will start right back up. the idle is a little low and it wants to die. if i get on it and as i come to a stop it will die some times. any ideas?
this is a map tpi with no emissions.

check your TPS voltage, it should be at .54, mine was at 1.3 and did the same thing Good Luck solving it

That's within range.
No vehicle speed sensor (vss) signal can cause stalls when coming to a stop.
