Good uprade from stock?

Currently the 350 TPI in the TA is stock (except for exhaust work). I was considering on putting a StealthRam for vortech heads ($300), Fuel Rail for SR ($184), Vortech Heads ($500). Thats about $1,000. If I decide on which one I was thinking cam too (Like this one Comp Cams 276 Hydraulic Roller Camshaft, 220 / 230, .510 / .510 114 LSA) ($200)

That'll be $1,200.

Is this a good way to spend 1k/1200 or does someone have a better way to spend 1k/1200?

Sounds good to me. Just don't forget to factor in all the hidden costs, like heads gaskets, fuel lines, timing set and prom burning stuff.

Fuel lines, if steel braided, will run you about $60. I actually am about to order from American Street Rod Performance Products, they have great prices on hoses and fittings.

Lots of gaskets are involves if you do all of that stuff, expect on purchasing a full gasket ki- maybe another $100.

Then you'll find you need a breather here and a new hose there, it really adds up. I don't want to sound discouraging, but just don't underestimate the cost and get stuck halfway through.

That would be a nice High-revving 350. Your going to loose a decent bit or torque though with those heads, cam and SR, but will make a TON more power above 4500 rpm than TPI.
